Vacation Rental

Beauty View Farm is located approximately 25 minutes from Ellicottville-Holiday Valley and HoliMont Ski Resorts. We're also 25 minutes from Seneca/Allegany Casino in Salamanca; 1 hour from the Chautauqua Institution; 1 hour from Buffalo; 1 ½ hours from Niagara Falls; and 3 hours from Toronto.

Your fully furnished vacation home includes 3 bedrooms-two bedrooms have double beds and the third has bunk beds. The living room overlooks the rolling hills of Cattaraugus County. The deck off the living room includes a fire pit for cooking s’mores, or just relaxing outdoors after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your appliances, cookware, dishes-you just supply the food!

Beauty View Farm encompasses over 400 acres-the “east” side includes the house, barn, and 200 acres; the “west” side includes 2 ponds, picnic pavilion, and another 200+ acres with hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails.

There is four seasons of fun in the Enchanted Mountains. Spring time brings whitewater rafting in Zoar Valley; trout fishing in the numerous well-stocked creeks throughout (Cattaraugus Creek has been named one of the top 10 steelhead fishing sites in the Northeast!). How about some hiking at Allegany State Park, Griffis Sculpture Park, Rock City Park, and our own 400+ acres in the summer? Or perhaps fishing and paddle boating in our pond. Who can’t resist the fall foliage-it’s truly the best in the nation (we’re not biased)! Winter brings great skiing in Ellicottville, snow mobile races at Allegany State Park, and cross country skiing and snowshoeing right at Beauty View Farm.

For something different, a trip along the Amish Trail will surely be a highlight of your stay-the Old Order Amish will be more then happy to sell you their wares (remember, though, no shopping on Sundays!). There's an activity planned each weekend in the Enchanted Mountains, and Beauty View Farm is pleased to be your home base! "The Enchanted Mountains" -

"Welcome to Cattaraugus County-a place of rolling farmlands, lush forests, and picturesque waterways. The astonishing wooded hilltops overlook valleys that were sculpted by the Ice Age. The Allegheny River winds its way along the southern border, its banks full of history of the Native American and the early pioneer settlers. The Cattaraugus Creek forms the northern boundary and provides some of the best steel head trout fishing in the area, along with white water rafting through Zoar Valley."
